The love note, the love letter, filled with deep affection, strength and an amazing grace toward those who receive it.
We have all received them during our days from the people who we love and those who love and have loved us.
Love, it has been said, conquers all.
You agree that to succeed in this world, one must have strength, hope, and purpose.
Where does yours come from?
In truth, unconditional love can be described in many ways.
- Forgiveness
- Grace
- Hope
- Provision
- Protection
- Strength
- Sacrifice
Today’s message will cover in detail, seven of the most amazing, perfect and true love notes rolled into one beautiful love letter.
Love Note 1: Forgiving Us
Matthew 6:14-15; “For if you forgive other people when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.”
Things all of us have in common.
- Born with an evil heart
- Living in a fallen word
- We are all sinners
- Freewill
Because you were born with the freewill to choose how you want your life to go, you have the ability to defeat and overcome an evil heart and a fallen world.
You no longer need to be a slave to sin!
Parents, you give your children love and guidance and you allow them to use their freewill in making their adult life choices.
Moreover, you try to be there to catch them when they fall.
The Parable of the Prodigal Son paints a clear picture of God’s love for you.
God, The Father, who created you, has given you a clear path with His love note of forgiving us for all we do.
Our Lord loves us so much that He is willing to pardon our sins, no matter what they are, as long as we do the following.
1 John 1:9; “If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.”
Love Note 2: Amazing Grace
The Bible is God’s love letter to all of mankind.
Moreover, there are many amazing Bible verses about God’s grace all throughout the Bible.
Beginning with Noah in Genesis 6:8; “But Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.”
By grace, all who believe in Jesus Christ, have been saved.
2 Peter 3:18; “But grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. To him be glory both now and for ever. Amen.”
My morning begins with me reading this.
I am saved by the Amazing Grace of God and Our Lord Jesus Christ and because of this, I have riches beyond compare. One day I will see His Face and live with Him in His Kingdom. What concern here on earth can topple that fact!”
By the time the clock hits 12noon, I read it again and then again before dinner.
Love Note 3: Hope
Psalm 33:20-22; “Our soul waits for the Lord; he is our help and our shield. For our heart is glad in him, because we trust in his holy name. Let your steadfast love, O Lord, be upon us, even as we hope in you.”
Hope is found in Jesus Christ.
Matthew 19:23-30; a love note from Jesus, shows us that there is no hope for the world except through Christ.
Love Note 4: The LORD Provides
God provides for our every need.
Philippians 4:19; “And my God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.”
Hold strong to your faith.
Ask God to make any unclean thing or sin in your life known to you, then repent and ask for His forgiveness.
Because when you do that, you can pray with expectation that He will supply your every need!
All you have to do is ask, knock and wait for Him to open the door to you.
Matthew 7:7-8; “Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you: For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh findeth; and to him that knocketh it shall be opened.”
Love Note 5: Protection
Once you are born into this world you need protection.
Because satan and his forces of evil will darken your door every chance they get.
You will do whatever you need to, to protect your children, your spouse, your close friends.
We are all God’s children and because of this He will protect you from anything.
Proverbs 4:5-6, explains that Wisdom will protect you from anything.
“Get wisdom; get insight; do not forget, and do not turn away from the words of my mouth. Do not forsake her, and she will keep you; love her, and she will guard you.”
Where do you find wisdom?
Jesus Christ, who is the Power and Wisdom of God!
Love Note 6: Strength Whenever You Need
We all need strength to live and water and food are strength starters.
The Word Of God, Jesus Christ is the place where you go for ultimate strength to live the life God has planned for you!
Philippians 4:13, clearly lets us know that in Jesus Christ we will find ultimate strength!
Moreover, align yourself in God’s will for your life and you will live the life you have always dreamed of in the power and strength of Jesus Christ.
Here are some amazing Bible verses on strength for you to read each and every day so that when you go out into this world, you are filled with the power and strength of Jesus Christ!
With God in your corner, anything is possible. Just ask Joshua, son of Nun.
Joshua 10:6-14;
“Then the men of Gibeon sent word to Joshua in the camp at Gilgal: “Do not abandon your servants. Come quickly and save us! Help us, because all the kings of the Amorites from the hill country have joined forces against us.”
So Joshua and his whole army, including all the mighty men of valor, came from Gilgal.
The LORD said to Joshua, “Do not be afraid of them, for I have delivered them into your hand. Not one of them shall stand against you.”
After marching all night from Gilgal, Joshua caught them by surprise. And the LORD threw them into confusion before Israel, who defeated them in a great slaughter at Gibeon, pursued them along the ascent to Beth-horon, and struck them down as far as Azekah and Makkedah. As they fled before Israel along the descent from Beth-horon to Azekah, the LORD cast down on them large hailstones from the sky, and more of them were killed by the hailstones than by the swords of the Israelites.
On the day that the LORD gave the Amorites over to the Israelites, Joshua spoke to the LORD in the presence of Israel:
“O sun, stand still over Gibeon,
O moon, over the Valley of Aijalon.”
So the sun stood still and the moon stopped until the nation took vengeance upon its enemies.
Is this not written in the Book of Jashar? “So the sun stopped in the middle of the sky and delayed going down about a full day.” There has been no day like it before or since, when the LORD listened to the voice of a man, because the LORD fought for Israel.”
Love Note 7: The Perfect Lamb
In conclusion, there is no doubt that the greatest love note of all-time is the one given to us by God, The Father about The Perfect Lamb.
He sacrificed His One and Only Son, the Lamb of God, Jesus Christ to die on the cross in our place.
John 3:16; “ For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.”
There is no greater love note, or love letter.
Forgiveness, Grace, Hope, Provision, Protection, Strength and Sacrifice are all love notes found in Jesus Christ.
You believe in Jesus Christ and your sins have been washed in the blood of Christ.
