7 Great Ways To Conquer Your Days

There are 7 great ways to conquer your days that will enable you to live a productive and fruitful life.

The late motivational speaker Jim Rohn was once quoted as saying; “Either you run the day, or the day runs you.”

Let’s get right to it and read on because toward the end of this free guide, we’ve included a step by step video on how you can conquer your day!

In today’s Motivation, we will cover 7 Great Ways for you to Conquer Your Days.

First Way of the 7 Great Ways to Conquer Your Days: PRAY

The poor man said to the Good Samaritan; “What must I do to have a better life for myself and my family?”

Instantly, the Samaritan answered;

“Why ask me, get on your knees and pray to The Lord.

If what you seek is in line with HIS Will, it will be yours.”

Then replied the poor man;

“At what time of day should I do this praying?”

The Samaritan smiled;

“At the beginning, middle and end of each day.”

1 John 5:14; “This is the confidence we have in approaching God: that if we ask anything according to his will, he hears us.”

Prayer is one of the greatest gifts that God has given us.

To be able to have fellowship with The Lord, the Creator of All Things is an amazing gift.

Cherish it.

Pray to start your day.

Look to HIM again in the midday.

Fellowship with HIM each evening and thank HIM for giving you another day.

This is your journey with The Lord, to fellowship with HIM is the most precious gift you have.

  • Find a Quiet Place
  • Give Reverence to HIM
  • Be Grateful for all HE has given you
  • Ask HIM to make clear to you any sin that exists
  • Trust HIS Son Jesus Christ to Cleanse You
  • Seek HIS Will in all you do

And remember, it’s all about Jesus Christ.

John 21:25 KJV; And there are also many other things which Jesus did, the which, if they should be written every one, I suppose that even the world itself could not contain the books that should be written. Amen.”

Second Way: READ

A man and his family are lost in the middle of nowhere as they come upon a gas station.

The man gets out of the car and says to the fuel station attendant.

Can you tell me how far it is to Grand Junction?

The attendant smiles and says; directions on how to get anywhere you wanna go are in this roadmap.

On sale today for nineteen dollars and ninety-nine cents.

Another sale in the books.

The attendant is now very happy.

Lesson learned.

Plan ahead.

God gave us His flawless roadmap, The Holy Bible.

The second great way to conquer your days is to open this God given life guidebook each and every day.

It is your roadmap to living a productive and fruitful life!

The Bible is reliable and historically accurate and it will take you to places you have never dreamed of!

Third Way of the 7 Great Ways to Conquer Your Days: MEDITATE

Joshua 1:8; “Keep this Book of the Law always on your lips; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful to do everything written in it. Then you will be prosperous and successful.”

  • Start your day in God’s Word
  • Give deep thought to what you have read and how you will
  • Implement His guidance into your day
  • Pickup a pocket sized Bible and carry God’s Word with you through the day

Fourth Way: OPTIMAL UNDERSTANDING

Every person on the face of this earth has an optimal performance period.

The fourth great way to conquer your days is to understand your optimal performance hours.

Those hours where you overachieve.

Where you reach peak productivity.

You must understand your Optimal Zone.

In order to live a productive and fruitful life.

I was a morning radio show host for over 20 years.

My best happens between the hours of 4am and 11am.

Know when your best happens and success will follow!

When you:

  • Feel Most Alert
  • Are Energetic
  • Think Better
  • Feel Creative

Fifth Way of the 7 Great Ways to Conquer Your Days: TIME CONTROL

You now understand your most productive time block of the day.

Next up, divide your day into two segments.

  • Important
  • Not Important

Stephen Covey’s Time Management Matrix is an excellent tool to get you headed on the path to success!

For example, your Optimal Zone hours are between 12p and 7p.

One of the great ways to conquer your days is to be sure to schedule your Important and Urgent tasks during your Optimal hours.

First thing to remember is that you will need to take short breaks during these Optimal Zone Hours.

You are human.

Brain drain will set in if you try to power through without a short break.

Carve your zone into 60-minute increments.

  • Quadrant 1 or Quadrant 2 Task for 45 minutes
  • Quadrant 1 or Quadrant 3 Task for 15 minutes
  • Repeat

Quadrant 2, long term development and strategizing tasks are the key to your future success.

There is no getting around having to deal with important deadlines with high urgency.

Quadrant 3, distractions with high urgency happen from time to time.

Therefore, work toward minimizing them and eventually eliminating them altogether.

Watch this short step by step video on how it effective time management will work for your life.

Sixth Way to Conquer Your Days: CHART YOUR GROWTH

Another great way to conquer your days is to create a vision board.

Vision boards are great tools.

Visualize your outcome with the end in mind.

Your vision board will keep your outcome and the steps needed to achieve it in front of you at all times.

Seventh Way of the 7 Great Ways to Conquer Your Days: BE FRUITFUL

Colossians 1:10 KJV; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God”

Put others before yourself.

Love your neighbor as yourself.

Remember to recharge and plan for tomorrow, Lord Willing, each and every night.

Spend time with those you love.

Because all you have is what you go home to at the end of each and everyday.

Let’s take this journey together each week as you will find new Christian Blogs here each and every week designed especially for you to help with your walk through this life.

Psalm 102:18; “Let this be written for a future generation, that a people not yet created may praise the Lord.”
